Maybe they’re trying to get back to work and aren’t paid enough to electronically kiss arse?

I’d fire anyone under me who wasted my time caring about such trivial shite.

Apply yourself more.

Best,

hth

I find any sort of valediction in an email dumb. Just finish what you’re saying and then put your name.

If i were you, i would sign all my emails :

“Y.A. Tittle ? Why NOT a tittle ?!”

Either that, or i would just sign them :

“Sincerely,
Yelberton Abraham”

I used to have " all my best" for a while just for something different.

Military email signatures are worse, most end with V/R (Very Respectfully).

Email signatures in general have become ridiculous.

I don't have control over mine, but it used to have like 15 lines of disclosures, they finally got rid of that though.

Only thing I know about my work email signature is that the company mandates everyone’s look the same with the same words.

Other than that, I don’t care.

I wonder if there has ever been a case where the court ruled, "The email sender would be liable for [breach of contract, giving incorrect legal advice, violating confidences, etc.], but they are protected from liability because one of the sentences in their wall-of-text email disclosures said they would not be responsible for such things.
