A nice trek, specialized or similar mountain bike.

same.
a nice tool bag.
a cordless drill kit.
wrench set.
screwdriver set.
couple pair of pliers.
hammer.
a level.
a framing square.
he’ll need all of this once he’s out on his own, whether he knows it or not. it also provides you with future opportunities to teach him and spend time with him fixing things.

That's funny because his twin sister gave us a three page list.

Great suggestions guys. Weight set sounds like a good idea. Bench with a barbell and more weights. He already has three pairs of Rudis shoes, one brand new.
He has a set of dumb bells and a curling bar.
As far as guns, I have all he needs... Someone mentioned that Marlin 36C 3030. Already have that exact model...

One thing about my kid is he's clean, as of now...Hope he remains that way.
He gives his teammates shite when they vape.

15 years old? Buy him a car. He will be 16 soon. You killed two birds with one stone. He gets nice Christmas gift, and you don't have to buy him a car when he turns 16. Also he has a car to practice in once he gets his learner's permit.

If he has a younger sibling, hire a girl he obviously pines over to be the babysitter, and find an excuse to go out.
Let the boy practice cookin'. He doesn't need to get anything wet, to get a memory and an experience.

We bought our 15 yo a pool table. Figure it will keep him home and we can monitor his friends etc. He liked going to “teen” nights at the local tonk and playing pool.

Gift card from a place like Rudis or Wrestlemart.com so he can get him some shoes or new gear.

No, buy yourself a new car and give him the used one.
