A ponzi scheme refers to a specfic type of fraud. Paw Bilzerian was involved in insider trading, stock parking, and failure to file disclosures.

Absolutely, greed sometimes will act on these people naturally that they even ignore the consequences it brings, and add to the fact that they are sociopaths who have no remorse on other people's feelings or bad situation for their wrong doing.
He was already a successful man working in the stock market and then boom! their genius takes over for the bad.
Dude was responsible for the suicide death of one of his clients, his son and his other son prob contracted cancer due to the heavy stress this f*er created to his family.
