I have seen this in online forums for years. It's a petty "I know something you don't..." just like in first grade. Self-important folks are self-important looking for likes, clicks, and validation.

She does not have much money. Remember her tax issues? She lived off her attorney husband before she got divorced. Her inability to pay off this kind of money is one of the reasons she pushes back so hard against reimbursing the City for her travel expenses. If City Council docks her pay, shite will fly.
