LaToya is the I-10 sniper and she's been doing the shooting from her chauffeur driven city vehicle. It's a stress reliever for her anxiety.

Unless he comes forward with evidence Montawi or one of the others paid her for covid restrictions I have no idea what would matter.

I know I suggested the staffer allegations. I wonder if there are more stories from Juvenile Court where she stepped in and got lenient sentences using her power as mayor. Also, the track record of her program of lenient sentences have led to the current increase of crime or repeat offenders.
That may still be not enough.
