How trashy is it to do this? AITA if I tell them to move their shite because they're blocking everyones path to the beach area. Or am I just fat and lazy for not walking around without complaint?

Walk right through it if it bothers you.

They're not really blocking the ramp. But anyone packing that many tents/people to the beach is bound to be pure trash and ready to start shite.

So I say go for it and talk to them.

Eh, they're in the back. If they did this right up front by the water, that would be another thing.

Is it all the same family? If so, maybe a game of impromptu beach football is in order, with an overthrown oops leading to someone crashing into a tent.

I’m so glad I’m not forced to meet my family in the 30A anymore. Such a Mecca of trash.

And here I thought they were being considerate by setting up as far back from the water as possible

OP quit bitching and drink a beer, you're on the beach

Looks like a big f u to whoever manages the property that told them they couldn't set it up in front of the blue umbrellas

it's the main reason I avoid the beach during summertime these days

to the left and right of those equipment boxes I could see where they might have a volleyball net set up so that might prevent them from putting it at that location

I have a feeling that won't last long once property management becomes aware of it

They should have left a human trail in the middle.

Don't forget to trip and fall in their tent

It is inconsiderate and they should pitch their tent in an out of the way area. I don't think you would be an a-hole to point this out to them but I doubt they would move the tent.

A lot of people don’t even give a second of consideration to anyone else, particularly when they’re on vacation.

These same folks will probably let their children run all over the place while the dads with tattoos play cornhole and pound Michelob Ultras and the moms drink their “special juice” from their Stanley.

Lord I don't miss going to those crowded arse beaches. Glad where we go now is too far out of the way for lifted F150s.

At least they’ve kept the trashiness back in gen pop instead of crowding the beach chair area. Look at the bright side.

They're not blocking the ramp but they are blocking nearly every direct path to the beach and causing everyone to go around them. I'm having to haul a bunch of shite through the sand and extra 100 feet each way because they had to put 4 tents side by side. It's definitely inconvenient for everyone

Setup your own 4-wide about 10 feet in front of them. Bring your dogs…..preferably rescued pit bulls. As you walk by, loudly say “you want to be trashy? I’ll show you trashy”!

Oh, and make sure someone is videoing so you can post it here.

And I'm having to work today in Louisiana. Would gladly trade that for walking an extra 200 feet
