I've seen jocks, body builders, etc shave their pits.
Should cut down on sweaty arm pit smell, but does it itch and burn?

I use trimmers with a guard. No desire to clean shave my pits, but I find that trimming them helps with the smell, amount of perspiration, and overall just feels better.

+1 trimmers with guard. Bonus to use mineral salt deodorant for all natural odor prevention.

Did this once - actually really just trimmed it short. Caused an ingrown hair. Never doing that again. It took WEEKS to heal.
