Looks like "teens" are still a problem even after BR leadership held 76 press conferences after the Mall of LA shooting

3 more "teen" related shootings this weekend

Looks like it could be a crazy summer

Nothing will be done.

In order for things to stop, the enforcement has to be heavy handed. That thought makes people get their feelings hurt.

The idea is simple. Why don’t you grab a pot of boiling water on the stove? Cause it’s gonna burn you and hurt really bad.

That same mentality is applied and the teen issue stops

Exactly. I have more guns than I know what to do with and they have never shot a single person.

It's always the gun's fault tho.

Speaking ot the "teen" epidemic.

Houston has had 2 "teen" takeovers on back to back nights in downtown Houston. Our local ABC affiliate reported on it in a very convenient manner this morning.

story #1: there was a "teen" takeover in downtown Houston late last night, near Discovery Green area of downtown. Police arrived quickly and told everyone to peacefully go home.

end story. display graphics. flash to desk reporters. transition to the next story.

story #2: shots were fired near Discovery Green late last night. Police quickly arrived on scene and arrested 2 suspects.

This sounds very cosmopolitan. I might consider a vacation home here.

I wish there wasn't so much sugar coating with this stuff. Just call it what it is: black teenage thugs. Maybe a nationwide curfew on these thugs is in order until that behavior stops?

We're well past the point of it being necessary. I also fear we're heading past the point that it would be relatively bloodless.

I can imagine that conversation.

“Why only black teens being called thugs?!? That’s racisss!”

Well, black teens are the ones who are showing up en masse causing issues. I’m not aware of white teens shooting up a mall or park lately.

100% cultural problem of one segment of the population. Failed parenting, failed values, failed everything. No amount of money, programs, parks will change this until that one segment of the population owns the problem and changes it internally.

The only good thing about this is that it's usually predictable where black teens are gonna congregate, allowing the rest of us to avoid being caught in the crossfire and lack of marksmanship.
