You’re right in that the science shows the dopamine hit you get from it diminishes over time and that’s why you look for more extreme stuff.
But you’re clearly crossing a Rubicon once you start thinking about child porn. You’re making a clear decision at that point. I’m not even sure beastality porn gets you in trouble if you’re not creating it.

no way to ever have a real estate license ever again anywhere. Not sure what other skills he has but his options will be shite jobs or starting a business of some sort
he's got a renovation/construction company also, he does a lot of flips, so he could still do that, if he removes himself from the operations side of it all...

imagine his fiance is packing her shite up right now too.
i'd put that at about 99.9%.... she's a sweetheart of a girl too

hoping people he does business with never find out which will be impossible with his crime being a simple Google search away.
he can still own the company, but put someone else as the face/name of the company, and do renovations/side projects for construction/home renovations

What the hell is a cyber tip? This like an email to the cops? I'm assuming an individual witnessed these acts or saw something in his laptop? That's gotta be someone pretty close to him, right?

When the NAR settlement goes into affect in August that industry will lose a ton of realtors.

maybe, but that settlement won't affect the industry near as much as people think it will... for the most part, it will continue to run exactly as it does now, as commissions have ALWAYS been negotiable...

He will never be able to have a contractor's license as a felon so he would have to sub it all out moving forward. He is not pulling permits to flip houses without a contractor's license. You can only do that if you are the owner/occupant.

Owners of all corporations in Louisiana are public info verifiable on the Sec of State website. Only Delaware, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming allow anonymous LLC ownership where the info is not public record.

If he invested well or bought into crypto early he may be ok when he gets out and starts working construction for cash

It starts out innocent. You’re watching a chick on cam flashing her boobs. Then you start watching some masterbating videos because the boob flash isn’t getting it done anymore. Next thing you know you’re watching an interracial midget gang bang.
Ultimately, it fosters a false sense of reality, fueling an uncontrollable fixation that delivers no benefits, only detrimental impacts on one's life and those around them.
