20I can’t find any real estimates on when BR will be back up. This seems similar to Gustav, which was several days if I recall correctly?

Have other friends around BR none of whom have power. Know somebody at North Gate by Aster St (LSU) that says she can't leave the apartment because of flooding.

We’ve got a water well, a hand pump, and teenagers. I’m not worried about it too much. I assume it’ll come back on once they get generators staged around the parish.
