Dont remember but very close to goodwood. The mound is still there in someones front yard. This is a great story. I cant believe no one has heard of it

There was a Buster Brown's right across the street I am pretty sure. Besides a Walgreens (always ate lunch there when I was hanging with my dad). Not sure if Mr Bert owned the shoe store though.

Prpbably. B/c it is on a corner lot.

Anyway. Dude bought a lemon from caddy dealer in BR. Dealer would not replace car. Went to court. Dealer won so dude wrote LEMON on car and parked it in front yard. Dealer sued dude for slander won again. Judge ordered dude to stop so he buried the car rt where it was parked for years

Sicily's pizza Florida Monterrey god I miss the 80s and early 90s when it comes to that. We lived in villa del rey and that was our go to. Whole area went to crap now is getting a little better w the hi nabor there and new businesses and demolished broadmoor theater

Tabby's downtown before downtown was an option to go out. You could get in and drink at age 18 basically

It seems very few remember The Quarterdeck Club and the Marlin Club which were located behind The Oak Manor Motel. I had some great times there with the family back in the '60's.
