He should be buried alive in a box with that dude from Washington that sold his girlfriend to the sex trade.

The victim was helped in giving her testimony by the presence of Diesel, a Labrador/golden retriever mix, who was present as an emotional support dog. In so doing, Diesel, who serves as “facility dog” for the District Attorney's Office, made a small bit of local court history — a support dog had not been used before in a jury trial in Baton Rouge.

Stephen Moore, Tipton's defense attorney, had argued prior to trial that Diesel’s presence was unnecessary and that he was simply there as a “sympathy dog” meant to sway the jury. Judge Beau Higginbotham, however, disagreed and allowed Diesel to stay.

Stephen Moore, who is Hillar Moore's brother, did not respond to a message left Monday at his office seeking comment.

Found that interesting

Also, it doesn’t mention why the guy was around the kid…was he a neighbor? Moms boyfriend?

Here's hoping he meets at least the same fate he foisted upon his victim.

I’m sure he will earn a basic college degree, he fed three hot meals a day, and burn through millions of taxpayers dollar over the next 40 years he’s in prison.

We can only hope he doesn’t last more than a few months once he gets into prison and everybody finds out what he did to get in there

Can we all be realistic and say that, baring staying in solitary for life, this dude will get killed in under a week in prison?

Tipton, 34, was arrested in June 2016 by the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office. The trial had been scheduled to start in March 2020, but was postponed due to the arrival of COVID-19 in Louisiana.

Edit: The article said she was 8 when the assaults started in 2015.

He was a personal trainer and fitness coach here. He convinced everyone that although he wore an ankle bracelet, he was actually set up by his ex-girlfriend. Almost everyone bought it. Most sociopaths are very convincing and manipulative. He was in the local gym in Vidalia every morning training someone. He did meal plans for weight loss for tons of people here, including myself. By all accounts he knew fitness and nutrion and body-building. Heck, he got engaged and had a child a little over a year ago.
Fooled all of us.

Amazing that a person could be out on bail for that amount of time for such heinous acts.
