Maybe I'm not paying attention,
But when I'm out eating at a restaurant (and I eat at Sammy's plenty). I can sit several feet from someone and not hear a word they are saying.
I think you have to go out of your way to hear someone talking. Unless they are being some a-hole or something.

It is telling that the SJW's/Race Baiters demand no less than irrefutable video evidence when an accusation is made against them but when the acquisitions are going the other way? Not so much.

Why the hell would Sammy's step into this? They have nothing to gain by playing SJW.
In the highly unlikely event that these allegations are proven true, it still has nothing to do with Sammy's.

But what is odd is that if Sammy's has decided to ban him, then someone from Sammy's must have heard it happen, right? But none of the workers said anything to the cops? So do we assume Sammy's is only believing the word of this woman?

How do you disprove a negative? Every time a white person gets in an disagreement with a person of color they usually get charged with using the N word. Happened to a family There is really no defence against it.

That's just Scott trying to balance out Gary.
The real fact is The Judge does drink at Sammy's after work. He has gotten into arguments with other patrons before.
He's never once uttered the N word around any of my friends or family in 30+ years.
I think they had a spat about a seat, she realized who he was, and POUNCED. End of story.

Considering that this guy is a very well known regular, I think it's a safe business call to not want other customers thinking you go soft on alleged boorish racism in you establishment
