IMO red would be too violent. Blue is the color for the police department.

He was talking about some comments.... you don't think that some police had some choice words he wouldn't be proud of this past week?

ABC News

9:05 p.m.

A state police spokesman says two "persons of interests" who were detained earlier Sunday have been released.

Major Doug Cain said late Sunday that the individuals from Addis were questioned and released but that the investigation was still ongoing. He said no charges were filed against them.

Cain said authorities are still looking to see if the man who opened fire on police in Baton Rouge had any help — "indirectly, directly here or at home."

A gunman killed two Baton Rouge police officers and sheriff's deputy early Sunday before he was shot and killed.

So obviously the earlier poster actually didn't have that car on his grandmother's video.

The last two sentences in the next to last paragraph of Dunn's note is referring to his mother's killer having his death penalty sentence reduced by a federal judge to life in prison because that judge said the murderer, who planned the robbery that led to the murder of Dunn's mom, was too unintelligent to know the consequences of his actions.

I think the re-sentencing hearing is scheduled for tomorrow in a Baton Rouge court unless today's events postpone the hearing.

I'm reading one officer was a Redemptorist grad and another was a Istrouma grad.

It's hitting harder and harder by the min.

TWO PEOPLE DETAINED IN ADDIS UPDATE: Louisiana State Police says the two men who were detained after stopping at the Wal-Mart in Port Allen were questioned and have now been released with no charges.

WTF.

Seems like these two would have to something on their phones/credit cards tied in with the Dead Shooter.

Uhh, maybe they are just completely and totally unrelated to it?

Why does everyone keep saying this? I don't typically read the advocate. Are these opinion articles that had an anti-cop message?

Stupid question probably but what's the difference between a police officer and a sheriff's deputy?

It's the difference between the city (BRPD) vs the parish (BRSO).

They sensationalized the entire Alton sterling story. Did their best to portray it as a murder by police

The police is over city limits and deputy's are over unincorporated areas and outside city limits? That's the best that I can think of.
