IMO red would be too violent. Blue is the color for the police department.

I'm assuming it's for another reason. Idk, they are still checking down each hallway. I know they were busy but had a few bottles of water. Went to offer it to them and they politely declined. However, they are very attentive (as should be tonight) and never really looked at me but kept looking past me. If it is related, I'm sure they are just checking a certain mile radius of today's shooting.
