Really, to that group of people, it's about the same. Same lack of education, same immaturity, same lack of presence of the father.
But the cycle of having kids before you're legally allowed to drink is just depressing.

We also need the justice system to lock these pieces of shite away for a very long time, including juveniles.
A 14 year old knows that shooting someone is wrong.
He needs to be locked away.
