I can see 1981 being more Gen X, since you probably remember 1986-1989. Most Millennials can't remember the 80s.

Early millennial. I wasn't ever really a big cartoon watcher, but Doug, Ninja Turtles were my thing if I did. The Sandlot is still my favorite movie ever.
