I'm on my lunch break.

Now I have to go unload a bunch of 50lb bags of gravel that I picked up from Lowes earlier this morning.

Most were washed up and about as important as this Bad Bunny act at the time.

Bad Bunny is one of the most important Puerto Rican voices in the country right now, which is about 10m people. He also has broad appeal, and resonates for the broader Hispanic community in the US.

If you had to make a list of most important musical artist in the US right now it would be hard pressed to put him lower than #2 behind Taylor Swift.

But the grumpy old man in Alaska hasn't heard of him so he's irrelevant.

your position is that there can only ever be 1 insanely popular music artist

It's not. Seems you only see things in extreme.

Go listen to your latin hip hop .

Wasn't he on here the other day talking about how his granny daughter is best friends with a tranny? Maybe she shouldn't be the arbiter of good taste and logic.

Not to mention, Bad Bunny was a guest during the Shakira and JLo halftime show. He did Callaita and I Like It. J Balvin did Mi Gente, Shakira did Ojos Así and Chantaje. They had English versions mixed in between those but entirely Spanish hits aren't unprecedented even at the super bowl.

They already hooked the younger American women via the Taylor Swift / Travis Kelce connection.

I'm discussing. You're crying because I don't know who some pop artist is

im sure the 50 posts you have arguing about one of the most popular musicians in the world not being worthy of a superbowl is "discussing" and not crying. Im not crying, the fact that dont know who he is or even care to check out some of his music tells me that you dont know or want to know good music. you just want to cry

If a muscian from Guam had 8 billion streams in a year. Then sure. But surely you can see why the NFL fit the current must popular artist to perform.
.
Now over on the PB they are pivoting to that he's Demonic and anti-ice. Here its he's an unknown.

How do you know he doesn't make good music if you've never heard of him before today?
