Waterproof

I know an old guy who likes to to tell of when the newspaper reported some drownings by giving the headline "11 Waterproof Negros Drown". He's old so he's pretty racist and thinks its clever. I can't understand how so many people down at one time though so maybe a mad up story.

Zwolle, named after the city in the Netherlands. It's supposed to be pronounced Zuhwohluh but of course people here say Zoo Wally

Used to have trashcans saying "Keep Ball Clean," but people kept painting an S on Ball.

Also there is a Ball Cutoff Road... but you never see the sign for it, probably because someone has stolen it again.

Z’Wally I have a buddy from up that way. He’s about what you’d expect, but he shows up with tamales every time I see him so he’s ok in my book.

Chauvin = Hot Wine

Cocodrie = Alligator

So explorers coming from the north to the south drank some hot wine then seen some alligators.
