I'm sorry.. but if he cut it off, why did they then attempt to reattach it? Consequences of his actions and all of that seems to come to mind.

That is what the Surgeon thought. His pecker, with 1" of shaft had the head re-attached at a 90degree angle. He will stand at the toilet and piss all over the sink and counter from now on, as a reminder to not do drugs.

My dad works in a hospital. They had a patient that went psycho on drugs and cut his dick off. One day my Dad was walking by his bed and saw nurses applying leeches to the top of his surgically re-attached penis. My Dad was like "It thought I had seen everything in this place..."
Yes, in 2024 hospitals still have leeches on site and they use them to stimulate bloodflow in surgical re-attachments.
