Usually I agree with you, but you missed the thread here. That poster was not implying that people weren’t getting canceled for innocent uses of the term. He was pointing out that there was a difference between comic use (and I think he’d agree that the Papa John CEO reference is similar) and actual use that Trump is ALLEGED to have said.

Broski, This is a simple concept. I am against the cancel culture. When one of its main perpetrators is hoist on his own petard I am gleeful because this is what needs to happen in order to stop the cancel culture. I would happily see Kimmel get off scott free if it meant the waning of this Jacobean terror. There is no hypocrisy here.
