Atlanta Thinks It Is Far Superior

than other major cities, in food, lifestyle, education, and other factors. They are in real disbelief that Chicago was granted the Democratic National Convention for 2024. I've heard quotes like, "How could we lose this to a city like Chicago?" Atlanta has a fabricated, self-absorbed reputation that subtracts from it's really good qualities. In short, they don't know how to play their position without insulting other locales.

I think they should punish the DNC by voting Republican in 2024.

I hate Atlanta. Every time I fly southwest and I connect there I remember why

Sorry but I don't know if I could tell you anything Atlanta is known for besides rap, strip clubs, and an airport. The Georgia Aquarium maybe.

I was in Atlanta over the weekend and there was a segment on the news, don't remember if it was Channel 2 WSB or Fox New , but they were interviewing a woman whose brother was shot by an investigator back in 2021 and the case has stalled. Of course she wasdoing the "justice" thing all the while wearing a heavy gold necklace with a large gold dollar sign hanging from it as a pedant.
Just maybe the decision makers of the convention caught that news segment.

If you rank states with the highest degree of corruption, Illinois would be number one and Louisiana wouldn’t make the top ten. Chicago is perfect for the DNC. They play by the same rules.

Cities would be great if not for all the people.

I couldn't imagine anyone outside of the politicians in ATL or potential sites that would host it actually giving a damn about this.

Oh, I do. Louisiana is corrupt AF, but there’s some big players out there. New England, California…

The more you read the OP the more bizarre it gets
Like 1% of Atlantans even knew we were bidding on the DNC and far fewer than that cared about the outcome. Of those, I imagine a tiny, tiny fraction "would be in disbelief" that Atlanta lost to Chicago (and apparently you work or hang out with those 2-3 people).
