40s for me. You're likely in a good place career, family and money wise, plus your body can still do anything a teenager can do. Add wisdom, confidence and life experience and you're nearly unstoppable.

Thank goodness for the gym.

Physically wise, probably 28. Was at my strongest in the gym and lowest body fat. Was playing my best golf as well. At 38 now and can get back to that level of golf but strength wise it'd be hard to get back there. Financially doing much better now though.

31 was a very high prime peak for me.

Health
Career
Family
Extracurricular Activities

Financial prime was 20 years later when the savings kicked and and compounding took over.

Now, I am old and in travel prime - enjoying cool places with friends, family and loved ones.

Mentally - Now at 38

Physically - lol never, but I haven't noticed much slow down yet from when I was younger. I can do pretty much anything I want physically, except running. Still hate that no matter how good my cardio is.

Yeah I agree... I don't even do it for weight loss. It's great for weight regulation, mood, longevity, energy, sleep, cognitive function, and too many other things to even try to mention.

Honestly about to turn 37, I would say right now is probably the best I have ever felt. From professional and health point this seems to be a pretty good sweet spot.

Well, there's physical prime and then there's financial prime. And then there's the combination of the two. Early 40s would be the time when I still felt strong physically and financially independent.

Physically, hate to say it but 18. Mentally and financially, now, at 46. Too bad the two don’t coincide lol. In good shape but too many old injuries.

Probably immediately after puberty. You recover from injuries really fast. Also, I could gain strength by leaps and bounds when I was 17 when working out with weights.
