Mid 40s, was divorced/single and heavy into scuba diving and other outdoor activities, did enormous amount of, running, swimming, biking, weights.

15-25. All of the drinking and partying caught up right about then. Was working on it, but last semester stopped that dead. I just split 1/2 cord of wood yesterday and am sore today. Will resume calisthenics tomorrow

When I was really young i took tae kwon do classes until the third grade. Once I stopped, I got fat. The most fit I've been in my adult life was probably 2013 when i took up running on top of lifting regularly. Unfortunately, combining a running program while also doing a squat program while being 250 pounds led to my knees getting swollen and painful, and while I still work out I never quite got back to loving the gym as much.

It wasn't until I started working out three years ago. I thought I was still strong though
