Getting older and starting to notice significant drop-offs. I've heard your late 20s and early 30s are your peak for strength, but I just don't feel it (29)

Most physically fit I've ever been was at 23 while stationed in Japan. Nothing to do but lift, run, and train.

What say you OT baws?

When I was stationed overseas a few years ago. Couldn't drink, shitty duty station, so all I could do on my days off was play Xbox and hit the gym

50. Daily work outs and weight lifting made such a difference. More so than 20. It may come more naturally younger, but focused workouts at a later age work wonders.

Late 20's. I have never taken supplements, so I think it took until then to add muscle mass easily, but was also young enough to have flexibility, quickness, etc.
Soon after I hit 30 I felt I began to slow down. I needed to always warm up or stretch a little before doing anything physical. I was more susceptible to nagging injuries.
