I’m 63. Been sleeping naked since I was 22, and that has never happened to me. I don’t move around much when I sleep, so maybe that’s why.

Since i was about 14. Once i discovered how much roomier boxers felt, i figured why not give em even more room? Not sure if it contributed to this girth or not but im not complaining.

I have always slept in a 3 piece wool suit.
It is warm and comfortable.

It’s natural to sleep naked. Clothes under blankets only insulates more heat and makes it uncomfortable to sleep.

I have found that during sleep socks helps to regulate my body temp. Without socks I sweat more.
