Haven't had the first client call or visit us and we've been open for an hour and a half now. IT is a good day for me to get some of my online training and paperwork done.

In, most people in this area are likely unaware of any Mardi Gras celebration. I was however able to convince the chef in the cafeteria to do something special for lunch. Etouffee or gumbo or something hopefully,, otherwise I will just go to popeyes

Brought a homemade king cake to work today.

First time I've missed Mardi Gras...
