I wonder where they get their info from? I also wonder if maybe it was a statistic like Britain-born or something. Not saying that's it. Just curious where they got this stat. Possibly a misunderstanding.

I’ve traveled the world and lived abroad so I have a feel for things. Again, which countries would you consider civilized? Not arguing just curious.
