This isn’t weak muscles either, this is learning how to walk again like a baby. Your body isnt used to balancing itself against the force of gravity.

I’ve heard their joints decompress and they lose a ton of muscle mass and bone density. Apperently, leaving earth is not good for you. Who knew?

I have often wondered how hard it would be to adjust back to earth after weeks in the ISS. looks like it might suck.
