Hebrews 12:1
It's not a perfect fit, but my kids found a clothespin with that verse written on it in my car today, so I'm gonna keep using it this week.

Will do. My wife had so many problems with her tow pregnancies. Both involved episodes of bleeding and then bed rest to get to the end. She was induced for one at 37 weeks and then went into labor for the second at 37 weeks. We will pray and you check those weeks off the calendar as she progresses.
Keep us posted if you want to.

Our Father wants only the best for your daughter and her new baby. Your faith only goes to strengthen them both, and us as well. May our Good Father be glorified by your faith and your daughter and new grandson be protected from any and all harm.

My wife and I have 6 children, and she had previa/accreta and a hysterectomy with our last. She went on bed rest around the 25 week mark as well, but was hospitalized multiple times with early contractions.
I was on my own with our 5 oldest (4 of them under 8)..it was quite the endeavor, but nothing like what my wife was going through.
They took my daughter at 34 weeks, scheduled. It was surreal driving her to the hospital knowing that there was a possibility she may not leave. So much different than the other 5….
I was able to stay in the OR throughout the entire process (including the hysterectomy). She needed a few units of blood but otherwise did not have unexpected complications. My daughter, on the other hand, needed an extended NICU stay. Both are doing well now, I’m happy to say.
We were very lucky, my wife’s maternal fetal specialist at Women’s Baton Rouge specialized in the surgery and I cannot speak highly enough about the process/treatment/care she received.
Please let them know they’re in our prayers.
There are online support groups (Facebook) which really helped my wife understand the process and find others who were going/went through the same thing.

I appreciate you sharing that encouragement.
And for all the other prayers and support from everyone.
TD gets grief for a lot of things but it’s support in stuff like this is priceless, legendary even.

She’s in great hands at that facility. I hope it works out for the best. Good on you and the wife doing everything you can.
