Ehh not sure if I’d be willing to deal with all that plus the attitude.

I dated one other woman with kids from another relationship and we took a vacation with her kids and it was pretty much zero fun and all expense for me. It was also the end of our relationship.

I don't want to be rude or anything, but you know some people learn from experience.

Yeah, you're right. Trainwreck is a more apt description.

With these gas prices? Of course not. He's gonna hitch big rigs.

I'm taking a wild guess that OP didn't get into a relationship with a crazy woman with a felon ex and ragamuffin kids because he's a white collar guy who seeks to avoid drama and wants a quiet family life.

So OP, if none of that phases you, then I think you're being a little ridiculous drawing the line here.

If somehow you woke up from a coma and found yourself in this situation, then obviously the choice is to leave the entire thing behind and go find a stable, wholesome woman.

I'd love to have a double wide - it would probably save me about $30k a year in insurance, taxes and upkeep. I could be the king of the trailer park.

Although the fact that it's styled as wedding/disneyland drama means -

a) OP is a brilliant troll; or

b) It might actually be about wedding drama because the rest of this stuff doesn't even register with OP as off-the-charts trashy.

Girlfriends with kids are as trashy as pajama pants at Walmart.

Relationship with girlfriend sounds like it’s on the rocks because of kids. FYI if this is a woman you plan on marrying one day, you marry the kids as well. Decide your future for what it is now before it’s too late and too expensive.

It doesn't sound like you like her very much. Leave her alone and stop wasting her time.

A little background. GF has two kids from a previous relationship. Baby daddy is a degenerate drug dealer (who has spent time in prison for such). I really don't care for the eldest child - she ran away last year and that resulted in a long and expensive custody battle with lots of drama. This kid is a mean little shite and has a mouth that makes you want to wash it out with soap (not my kid - so can't do anything but try to avoid interacting with the kid).

This is why I tried to avoid single mothers when I was single. I could never pay for a bunch of kids (especially a drug dealer's kids) that hated me. I dated one single mom who had her stuff together and had great parenting skills but she ended up moving for a job.

It’s easy. Go out there until you’ve reached your limit then fly home alone. If you want to keep the girlfriend, give $1,000 cash before you leave and tell her to have a good time. It’ll all work out.

Why are you going at all? "Hey, honey. I am sorry, but work is just crazy right now. I can't go."

Man up. You're only going just to keep her happy.
