You'll get it when some old dude beats your arse for standing too close.

Yeah maybe but the young punk he’s bludgeoning doesn’t. Old man hits young punk, young punk exhales a poisonous cloud of virus droplets.

Young punk gets last laugh?

Yes, out of courtesy to those around me.

You should too.

I find it interesting that a topic like wearing a mask can be so controversial. A 19-page thread, multiple arguments. They are no big deal to me, wearing one or not. It's easy and not very uncomfortable, but it does inconvenience people and that'll always bring naysayers.

Nope. I don’t have the virus. I wash my hands regularly. I have a small thing of hand sanitizer after I got to the store. And if I cough, I cough into my elbow.

I get a huge chuckle out of people wearing masks.

Half of them wear them below their nose. Almost all tug and move them with their hands constantly in the store often times, putting their thumb up inside the bottom of the mask.

If you don’t have the knowledge and discipline to wear the mask correctly, you are not doing yourself or anyone a favor. It won’t provide protection.

If you believe it will, you really don’t understand how transmission of this virus works.

If you use reasoning that any thing helps, you are lying to yourself or you are misinformed.

But don’t force your incorrect beliefs and misunderstandings on me, this is America after all.

That's my situation too, I don't think it's necessary are helpful in my case, but I've worn one to the grocery story and to Home Depot out of courtesy to others who it seems to freak out when they see someone without one. Some might get off on that I guess, I don't feel the need to do that.

Gloves on the other hand I've read a lot that says they are absolutely counterproductive. Don't wear them, just wash my hands.

This is the one I get a kick out of. People do not understand how to properly wear gloves for sterility.
