who still drinks folgers?

There are 2 types: people over 70, and country folk that don’t know other brands exist.

Propaganda

I'm sure they were told to avoid showing the 5,000 juvenile criminals roaming the streets.

Why, then, does the NFL keep awarding its biggest game to N.O., tied for the most hosting in the history of the game?

People like going to Vegas, but I wouldn't live there either.

Because the only thing the city has is a street filled with drunks and druggies where people walk up and down for hours to get drunk and spend money.

What a retard.

no it couldn't

demographics are way more important than political leanings

No one here is talking about living anywhere. And as for money being the reason N.O./ the Dome keeps getting the game, every city that bids on the game puts up millions of dollars in their proposals. The League owners love the city & their opinions are what counts. But......am curious, what big games / bowls does the state of Alabama host??

Looks amazing on TV. Job well done with the mirage. The city is still a garbage shithole. Looks great on TV though and that's all that matters!

Said the exact same thing to my wife last night when they did an aerial shot of the Dome and some of the surrounding city.

I told her "Well, it's dark and the shot is from high up so it's not showing the seedy crap we all see daily".

But I guess you can say that for shots like that for most large cities in this country.

Because they like having their big party there every X number of years. It's still a place to let your hair down.

I thought the same thing while watching the game last night. The view of the city from the drone or helicopter is 10/10 at night and I was thinking “if only everyone watching this thinking the same thing and never been would know how much of a shithole it is”.

There needs to be a way to filter out posters with Alabama and/or Braves logos next to their username. Consistently the worst takes on this website, it’s actually impressive

Essence fest keeps coming back, along with the Bayou Classic. SFW? It doesn't mean it still isn't a shithole. Do a lot of tourists like to get wasted and eat beignets? Sure.

Folger's roasters is in the east, they do way more than just Folgers though. Lots of national brands contract through that plant.
