I don't want this to turn into a presidential campaign discussion because we all know what each side thinks and all that other shite, but I just looked at this on twitter.

LINK

And reading stories some women posted, I am just curious how often do women (men as well I guess) have to feel uncomfortable because they are scared to report something for whatever reason or another.

My expectations is that I will get blasted for this thread and it will turn into a shite fest thread, but I guess there is a chance I will get at least one level headed response.

No, but I do try to ignore your threads.

I sometimes venture in and I'm instantly reminded again why I ignore them.

In the majority of these, if the guy were more attractive, it wouldn't be considered harassment.

getting your meal ticket punched
is the way one writer in my past put it.

you better get that meal ticket punched.

Pretend the person who is harassing you is your boss.
How do you expect to be treated by your commanding officer?

What kind of statement is that? Attractive guys can't commit sexual assault?

when a guy who is 18 can have his life ruined for have a girlfriend who is 16, as a culture and society, we need full re-evaluation of the system rather than worrying about new shite that common sense could take care of.

Threads like this are what happens when we, as a nation, allowed the Power Rangers to exist

You don't give a shite about this topic. All you want is attention. You're like a bad version of rebeloke.

Men(real) are attracted to women.

Women(real) are attracted to men.

Catch me, frick me is the game we play.

All of this fake butt hurt is just a power struggle and an excuse for not being good enough to get what you want in life.

The harder you work, the more you get.

Sexual Harassment is a term that should be reserved for the most predatory persons with ill intent that disregard a "no."

We should. No harm no foul. Sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me.

Bunch of pansies in this world.

If I wanted attention, I would start a thread like this jackass. PairofDicks, you need to calm the frick down and just admit whose alter you are.

Someone can obtain over a million dollars in damages in a sexual harassment case. Lose your arm at work and your workers comp payment will be $48,480 in Alabama. When did someone putting the moves on you become so much more damaging than having your arm severed?

We have no perspective (e.g. the $100k plus "didn't bake me a cake" penalty). That penalty was way more than some OSHA fines I've negotiated in death cases.

So now making a move on a woman is sexual assault?

God this world needs a dose of reality

Progs think this is sexual assault.
Well, they probably don't deep down inside but they pretend to in order to be offended by it.

Long story short, years ago had a co-work get fired for looking at porn. But what happened was, this dude and a woman in the office became friends and evidently they flirted around a lot. She initiated it as much as him evidently, but he did something that really pissed her off so she went to HR, told them he harassed her and that he looks at porn on his work computer.

They found some pictures friends of his emailed him, he was a good worker and all, but he was fired the second they found the emails with the pictures in them.

It was my boss's boss who made the decision to fire him, the boss lobbied to send him a warning, maybe making him miss a few days without pay instead of letting it cost him his job... but my boss was really pissed about how the whole thing happened and he said "God gave man sexual organs so that we can reproduce, is it really a big deal if he wants to see some titties and look for pussy?" I thought it was funny, but if you want to get serious about it, I can see that statement from both side.s

Broads are always griping about something, either it's too much sexual harassment or too little. Make up your minds ladies.

Just for the record, I am not saying I think there is a problem. These are the things I have a problem with.

- If a man forces a woman to have sex with him. She absolutely gave him no consent.

- Adults who are sexual predators towards kids. That's just fricking sick and they should be killed.

And I am sure there are some others situations out there, but you get my point.

Repeated unwanted advancements is harassment, one incident is someone trying to make a move and getting rejected. We have lost perspective as a nation.

By the way, according to my definition I harass my wife all the time.
