In 2013 his was parked right there near the aquarium but the bridge was blocking his satellite signal. Someone that worked for the port authority knew I had a satellite dish for tailgating so he asked if he could borrow mine to which I agreed. They ran few hundred feet of cable out to the pier and my trusty ole dish for tailgating is what that billionaire used to watch TV on his yacht for the week
ETA, I just remembered I never got that SOB back either.
