Not really. Uranus is a gas giant, and none of its moons are particularly habitable. All we have there are some research probes and monitoring stations. I don’t even think any of those are manned.

So judging from this thread and other threads about the Moon landings, we've either 1.) never landed on the Moon, or 2.) we have space bases across the solar system.

Just because the tv broadcast of the moon landing was faked in a studio doesn’t mean we didn’t actually go there.
