I have a friend that worked at the store in Port Allen for a while. He would bring home movies and we'd watch them and then he'd return them the next day. He brought home all knds of crazy shite. Midget porn, amputee porn, enema porn, etc. THe price tags on that shite was around $50 a movie and that was 20 years ago. He did get robbed on night though. A guy came in with a mask, pointed a gun at him and demanded the money. He gave the dude the money that was in the register and they left. He was fired a few days later because the owner of the store thought he was in on it but he really wasn't.

For real. I moved out 6 years ago and am amazed at how crappy that place is getting every time I visit. Katrina made a big difference. The way housing is priced though you’d think it’s an up and coming area.
