But it shouldn’t be. You should only be pulled over for committing a crime.

Hearing from a buddy back in the AR state office that the footage isn't as damning as the family and friend makes it out to be, but who knows

The state police are reviewing the body and dash cams and conducting the investigation, so I'll take their word for it when they come to a conclusion. The media is biased and can't be trusted anymore, and I wouldn't trust an internal conclusion from Lonoke PD any better

This just goes to show that cops need more training in how to handle sudden high stress situations.

I've been waiting for years for someone to show me the law against sudden movements.

Can you show it to me?

btw-I leave my business at all hours of the night. Sometimes 3am.

Do you think “don’t tread on me” and “back the blue” are compatible when the police are unthinking agents of unjust laws?

It's comical how many think cops are their friends.

Apparently, your reading comprehension is on point with your sentence structure composition.

Try again

Your ignorance is quite perplexing here, do expound further on your ignorance for our own education so we can understand your incredible intelligence some more please.

Are you suggesting that the police not follow the law? I certainly expect for you to understand the police don’t make the law, their job is just to follow it and carry it out.

But maybe I am wrong, and you are suggesting the police break the law by not follow the law? Very interesting point of view I’d like to hear more about.

Getting rid of qualified immunity would literally cut police employment by half. We don't need police officers worrying about being sued to hell when making a life or death decision. Ending Qualified Immunity is the most delusional thing ive heard of since BLM.

I just always find it odd that the knee-jerk reaction of so many supposed small government-minded people is to defend the gun-wielding arm of the same government whose powers they seek to limit.

I can honestly say that out of the dozen or so interactions that I’ve ever had with police in my sheltered life more than half of them were unnecessarily confrontational.

So. If a cop suspects a driver is drunk he shouldn’t be able to pull them over? I mean, they haven’t technically committed a crime until charged.

Semantically you may be correct, but my point remains.

It's not semantics. You were just wrong.
