When covid is finally over, I want to know why so many ER staff made startling claims they knew were false regarding “overwhelmed capacity”.

And again even before covid there would be times where no icu beds were available

Hospitals like being 80-90% full

No hospital in this country has been overrun the whole time

We built massive millions of dollar hospital for the overflow that went unused.

One of the greatest gaslights of our time.

Seem to say that a lot now.

These sorts of lies are to be condemned along with anti- vaxer and COVID-as-hoax lies.
What is not a lie is that we are in a pandemic.
The answers are medical.
Those who politicize, lie or intentionally create unnecessary hysteria should be called out immediately.

Who knows what the real truth is? I get wildly different stories from people that I know personally who work in health care, and none of them have any provocation to lie to me.

I get the impetus for media and government officials to lie about this shite - but why do random docs engage in blatant lying and propaganda?

That's a good explanation, I reckon. People with low self-value like to attach themselves to important things in order to inflate their own worth.

Hospitals have been past capacity in regards to COVID, but they have transferred them to other affiliated hospitals.
