Yes, a cloth mask but I have no illusions that it's preventing me from getting sick.
I wear a mask to protect others. If I am carrying the virus and dont know it, then is possible a mask stops someone else from getting sick because of me.

It works to do both. Ask yourself why contractors where masks when they do jobs they create particulate matter. They don’t want to have it get into their respiratory system. If you’ve ever sanded floors or drywall, a mask is very helpful in filtering particulate matter.
Particulate matter and a microscopic virus in aerosol form are two totally different things. A mask gives no protection to the eyes, which is just as crucial of an entry point as the nose or mouth. Also, these type of masks do not form anywhere near an effective enough seal to eliminate breathing in this virus.

Gloves and masks only make sense if you understand and use the proper protocols. Otherwise it's actually counter productive
How is wearing a mask and gloves counter-productive?

I can’t believe there are still this many people buying into this. Does anyone have any critical thinking ability at all any more?

Yes, and only upon entering a building.

It's been hell trying to acquire masks. People need to think before they shame those who are in public without masks, they're hard to get right now and groceries still gotta get made.

There are a lot of people sewing cloth masks for free or cheap on FB. I got 3 adult masks and one kids mask a for free (kinda.. I got the masks then donated money to pay it forward. Donation not required)

I went with 1998 Kane at Sam’s earlier. I’m thinking I might go Rey Mysterio next time.

I started wearing a cloth mask. I know it doesn’t really protect me from inhaling the virus, but it helps keep me from absentmindedly touching my face. Or from spreading it if I’m infected without knowing.

If I have to go to the store, yeah. Doesn’t hurt anything to wear it, I’m too old to bother worrying if I look cool or not.
