I find myself paying more attention to my surroundings watching each persons actions.

I can understand that. Once I started doing regular PTSD evals on Veterans I noticed myself paying more attention to things on the side of the road as potential threats.

I'm noticing a lot of people catch Pokemon on their phones.

It was weird yesterday. I felt like everyone I came in contact with in NOLA, all races/sexes/etc, were going out of their way to be extra nice to each other. It was kind of refreshing.

No. I was out and about in Baton Rouge Friday & Saturday and it didn't feel any different to me than any other time. I refuse to live in fear.

I am feeling uneasy. However, I always have good situational awareness, regardless of my "readiness".

I've done this my whole adult life. Don't go out and be afraid of everyone or even anyone. But it's just common sense to pay attention to who is around you and what they're doing.

No. I live in Dallas and that shooting took place about a mile and a half from my apartment. That spooked me a bit, but I'm not feeling uneasy out in public.
