Are there people on the earth that do not know what the United States is?

This is an incredibly arrogant question but I’m curious what groups would know know? And how would we know about them?

There are indigenous people in South America and Africa that don’t know what electricity is. So I’d say yes.

Yes. Indigenous groups in the Amazon rain forest, islands in the Indian Ocean, etc.

There is that island off the coast of India where they throw spears at helicopters and they killed some guy who tried to contact them. It's illegal to go there now.
Pretty sure they have no clue that the US exists. There are lots of people on the earth that probably don't. There are some really, really poor places in Africa and Asia that probably get very little contact outside of their community.

On a couple occasions I have met people who had never met an American before. I felt a bit of a burden learning that information.

YES, they are called liberals. Biden explained it in one of his talks, "They take truth over facts."
Congress is full of these people, such as, AOC, Shifty, Maxine Waters, Pelosi, Schumer, etc.
Some of these people claim to know the future, and claim that the world will end in 12 years, now 11.
