Are there legitimate medical reasons for a woman not to wear a bra?

I know one whom I'm pretty sure never wears one. And while I am generally a fan of the free bouncers, the poor dear needs some support. The lack of it is not particularly flattering. Otherwise she seems totally normal.

Maybe? Used to work with a lady that never wore one and it made conversations with her in the winter awkward. She had small breasts so 90% of the time you couldn't tell...unless she was cold.

chicks with D+ naturals all appear to "need support" to the eyes used to only seeing big fakers.

Well the reason they need support is because they lack elasticity. Bras are a big part of the reason women have saggy breasts pre-breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can just ruin those puppies, which is unfortunate.
