Hinge and Bumble work. Met my wife on Bumble. Tinder was too sketchy for me.

Faith-based apps are still good. And many if the people on those may be religious,but not that religious. Or may, just attend service on holidays. They are wide open.

Get some hobbies and work on your game in person.
I used to clean up on dating app - Instagram models, chicks that dated pro athletes, NBA and NFL former college cheerleaders - but finding quality on there can be hard. It can be done though.
I go to concerts by myself all the time (because I like the artist) and if you’re at least in shape and decent looking, your catch the eye of some hot chick. Had smoking hot Latina Microsoft program director, a gorgeous Lebanese Dentist, and mixed Bartender all introduce themselves to me at concerts this year. Dated an NBA cheerleader from my tennis class. Point being, just get a hobby and be in shape and don’t be desperate, and they’ll flock to you.

And there are local Facebook groups for just about every hobby that you can think of. Crossfit, cycling, kayaking, etc. Just meet up with people. Even if you don't find a match in the group per se, some married chick will have a single friend that she'll set you up with.

Not suggesting anyone do anything illegal 'cause that would be wrong but if there is an interstate nearby with a truck stop there are lot lizards. I ain't saying its ideal but its marginally better than nothing at all. If there is an Asian massage parlor that is open past 6 PM near you there is a brothel near you. It may or may not, I am not well versed in the subject, take a few times of getting nothing but a massage, which ain't the end of the world, before the full menu available is opened up for your consideration but if it is open at 630 in the evening chances are pretty good it is basically a brothel.
