Problem I have is that the govt doesn’t just give you a vaccine for a particular disease, they combine multiple viruses into one shot.
Also, most of the cases of the measles outbreak are individuals who have already been vaccinated.

Specifically, why do you have an issue with this?

This is not true. Check the CDC
Of the current outbreak over 500 of the 700 or so sickened with the measles were NOT vaccinated.

Also, the measles were virtually eliminated in the year 2000 due to the vaccine. This anti vaccine movement is the reason why we are having outbreaks across the country

What STD vaccinations are infants given?
"Hepatitis B is an illness caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV) and transmitted via contact with infectious bodily fluids. It can be spread sexually, or through sharing of injection drug use equipment."
"Hepatitis B vaccination is recommended for all children, starting at birth in a three-dose series spread over many months."

You do realize Hep B is not just spread by sexual contact and sharing needles?
It is spread via blood and bodily fluids. And can live on surfaces outside of the body at room temperature for a week.
And if a child gets Hep B...it could possibly be really bad for them compared to if an adult gets it.
Hep B vaccine has been recommended for babies at birth since 1991...28 years. So don't act like this is some new crazy thing.
Also...by the time Hep B is diagnosed in some...it is too late...damage is already done to the liver. There is no cure for Hep B.
The Hep B vaccine is very safe and can protect you from a disease that could kill you and cause liver cancer. So why wouldn't you want your child to get it?

Are people in this thread seriously defending not getting vaccinated?
Posted on 5/1/19 at 7:10 am to whitetiger1234
I'm not against Vaccines. But I'm concerned about the process. Vaccine spacing needs improvement form articles I've read.

Vaccine spacing needs improvement
Why?
Some doctors say the immune systems need more recovery time between immunizations in some cases. Organizations like WHO and others are continuously studying vaccine administration spacing. That takes time to see what effects those immunization "cocktails" have, and what risk spacing them out will have.
Allowing tens of thousands of immigrants that haven't been vaccinated for any thing carrying diseases that many thought were wiped out in the U.S., will likely reduce the number of parents not vaccinating children.
