Winds just under 60 mph per that eye pressure. Still VERY early, though. But worth keeping an eye on.
Just noticed - there is a low pressure system out in the Texas/Oklahoma panhandle area with a slightly lower pressure than the Gulf storm. So it isn't much at this point.

They can't make a tornado hit Dallas, but they sure could get one to hit the Dallas Metroplex.

I'm glad someone gets it. Weather manipulation is a fact, but sometimes they don't get it right. They also don't do it all the time. It is used more to enhance and guide systems than to create them.
