Looks like another disturbance will be brewing next week in the gulf heading for the gulf coast states by next weekend?

Where are the OT weather gurus?

No, I didn't. I think it is pretty well settled that various government agencies have a level of control over the weather.

Just to be clear, it is not "lets put a tornado over Dallas." No. But, they can set up an environment where bad weather can develop.

GFS has been hinting at Beryl forming there but jumped the gun once already. It's worth watching as there's more favorable conditions in that area now.

Could be something, could be nothing.

If it does develop it'll be an Alberto clone it seems.
