Are single women getting more desperate?

To find a man.
I just have noticed over the last year, that woman are getting more aggressive in hitting on me. While I am attractive, smart, and funny, I have really poor personal hygiene along with being a bit of an a-hole. I am just not that good of a catch.
It also appears that mentioning that I am married has almost no deterrence on their advances. Some girl (ot 6/irl 7.5/no pics)) groped me last saturday night, my wife (OT 7, IRL 8, no pics) saw it and she was none to happy about it. I had previously told her I was married, and my wife made it a point to kiss me in front of her. The wife always marks her territory.
On halloween one girl (OT 4, IRL 5.5, I could provide pics but you don't want them) asked me for my phone number, I told her I was married and she still wanted it.
Has anyone else noticed this trend?

The one on saturday wasn't ugly, she just had a really fricked up smile. Other than that she was very hittable.

How old are these women?
I've noticed more women in the 35-45 range who are overly aggressive, thinking that level of assertiveness is sexy, or something. They just look desperate.

I am not real good with ages, but I would say 26-35 or so.

When they are single and see all of their friends getting married and having kids, they do get pretty desperate
