Political and moral extremists tend to do so.
They're followers, not thinkers. The OP is a fine example. He probably read this on DU.
Almost every progressive I've met is a follower. They never have an original opinion.

Nice troll attempt. You are going to catch this bug at some point. Let's get it over with and get the economy rolling again.

I'm generally ok with people making their own choices, as long as that choice isn't to intentionally harm someone else.
It's not difficult to understand pro-lifes position on this. You just dont want to understand it.

People die from communicable diseases all the time. Are we never to go to a normal life again.
What an idiotic post

Pro life people love whining about abortion.
They also whine excessively about welfare and supporting those lives they “save.”
This is just stupid. But you already know this, don't you?

Funny, as I am pro-choice, for the baby. The child should have the choice to life. Just like the terribly overweight slob who never took care of themselves and suddenly found themselves at major risk of dying from a disease that speeds up their moronic life choices.

This is a specious argument. I'm "pro-life" in the sense that I believe that States are the proper entities to regulate the subject and Roe v Wade is a very wrongheaded case.
I'm not an Open It Now or You Are Engaged In An Evil Conspiracy to Destroy the
Country ideologue, but things have to and will open back up in some sort of thought out manner.

so brutally murdering the most vulnerable life is equal to people dying of a virus? That's a level of stupid I haven't seen in a long time.

Very hypocritical
You really don’t want to get into what’s hypocritical, young leftist lady.

Do you like it when someone without a mask breathes on you?

Abortions end in almost 100% death rate, while those who contract Covid have over a 98% chance of survival. Why do you equate the two?

Remember the "Do nothing" curve and the "Flattened" curve? The area under both curves are the same. The point of flatten the curve was to buy time to prepare and to not overwhelm the system, not to save everyone's life.
For those who want to "flatten" until a vaccine: Don't hold your breath. We have been working on coronavirus vaccines for DECADES. If the main mechanism that kills people with CV19 is overreaction of the immune system, a vaccine will be useless.
