I was cleaning adjusting a piece of gutter guard on our gutters after removing Christmas lights and broke a small section of guard.

I went in our bedroom and said “I gotta get another one of those things that catches leaves” because at that moment, the word gutter guard escaped me.

The next day, there were at least 3 different banner ads for gutter guards on my Facebook feed and I think a couple on google.

Here’s my question, what can a person do to stop or at least block, minimize this?

Do they make a little thingy you put over your microphone, until you need to talk with someone?

I have a Verizon Samsung Note 5 Android. Look in Apps>Tools>My Files>Folders. Start looking for audio files in the various folders. Most of the ones I've found are in the Voice Recorder app. Some are in Verizon Media, as well.

What kind of phone and where did you find this/these files?

Thought this was common knowledge. Happens all the time. I even tested it a few months ago.

Talked about thinking about a vacation to the Bahamas soon(which I wasn't, just wanted to see).

Next day Facebook had Bahamas cruise ads. Never searched online for it or anything.

So I tried again. Talked about being really hungry but not knowing what to eat. Went to Facebook a little bit later, and first ad was a chili's coupon.

fricking crazy..but they do. It's scary.

Were you just talking out loud to yourself or on the phone?

Ads pop up all the time based on conversation. My phone was in my pocket at work and someone was playing Ray Stevens. The next day, I had an ad for a Ray Stevens cd, not digital, a cd...At that point I hadn’t heard a song of his in over 15 years.

This is old news. The newest twist is the emergence of lifelike sex robots. Imagine (eww, maybe not) the data that gets collected and uploaded from that device and how it can be used against you by your political, social, or business enemies.

I just had this talk with my coworker when I got back from lunch.

He plays on a coed softball team and I just installed a fresh copys of windows 10 last night and haven't even gone on youtube or anything on it yet.

Well this morning when he came in he was standing next to me talking about how he could have used me out there saturday for some help and I'll be damned if the first thing I see on Youtube with the new computer is softball league videos...... this is why paw wears those tin foil hats and aluminum foiled his single wide windows.

Do another test with your wife.

Discuss how enjoyable blowjobs are. If you start getting Brazzers and Pornhub ads you will have your answer.

Probably they do even on apps weren't given permission. There's no way to tell without decompliling.
